Smart Intelligent Building
Sustainable, Flexible and Economical Running of Buildings
The smart intelligent building project stands for the intelligent networking of buildings with the building owner, building users, maintenance staff and rescue teams based on a common platform. Smart processes aim to provide optimum support for the work and problems facing everyone involved. The aim is to increase the tenants’ comfort and to create more efficiency and transparency in building management.
Within the scope of this project, building and real time data will be integrated on a common platform, an assistance solution will be developed for the systematic integration of new users and buildings and digital services will be realised. In a walk-in smart reference building - Dresden Technology Centre (South Site) – the various users are optimising the overall solution together with N+P Informationssysteme GmbH and the Dresden University of Technology.
In the final development stage, it should be possible to roll out the advantages of a smart building very quickly onto every building in the Free State of Saxony – be this public, municipal or private. An important contribution can then be made towards complying with the goals of the federal government’s climate policy.
N & P Informationssysteme GmbH received a government grant of € 160,000 in December 2020 from the funds of the simul+ future initiative to realise the project. This measure is being co-financed by tax money on the basis of the budget adopted by the Saxon state parliament.
To put theory into action, the N & P Informationssysteme GmbH was awarded 160,000 Euros.
